A regular Rebalancing Massage session lasts some 90 minutes. In a short preliminary talk we sort out what your concerns are. Together, we listen to what the body may tell us about what it needs. Finally you lay down on a well-cushioned and comfortable massage table in a safe space.

A series of sessions is suggested if you aim for profound change. In 50 years of Rebalancing experience, a sequence of some ten coordinated sessions has turned out to be useful. Step by step, your body becomes revitalised from the outer layers to the inner layers.

Of course you can also book a short series or single sessions to relax and give yourself a treat, or simply to relax.

Important: Please organise your schedule in a way that you will have at least an hour of no stress after the session in order to allow the after-effects to linger and slowly return to everyday life!
